I LOVE IT!!! Best one so far in the new series!!I might add another layer of dark color or add the green light reflection of the grass on to her... but it looks pretty good as is.
What do you guys think?

She's one of my favorite. But i prefers Soi fong (i'm waiting for your colo of this one 
I'm not sure that if you add grass reflexion it will be better.
Until now your colo are simple but effective (same as TV animation render).
But the dark color layer could be a good idea, it's something to try.
I will add this to my favorite list.

Only thing I see abit off is where her.. erum... nipple is. Using black makes it a bit more noticable than I think it should be. I think you should use a shade of blue instead.

Nice. I like the way she's laid out because your eye travels perfectly.
The grass is the best I've seen for some time. But the net I think would sink a bit in the center. Due to gravity and such.
And I think that if you did add the grass reflect-it'd be perfect. n.n

Thats incredable. I'll give you the crit that you wanted, even though I really couldn't do this picture better.
The side ab shading seems just a little off. It could have been moved down just a little more, with the bottom side softened just a little bit. As it stands right now, it sticks out just a little bit. Only other change I can see that could be made is to have the nose turn a little sharper than it does. Right now its turned up, but as people age it turns down. One more stand out thing for me is the shading of the strap on her right shoulder (the back one) it just a little to thick. I know, all these are nitpicky things on a great picture.

looks very good. i like the soft touches on her skin. cellshading can be too edgy sometimes. i prefer to do it that way myself. it breaks it up a little. nice work!

I really like the grass in this one, I take it you used a brush made up of a bunch of little spots? Straight paint or smudged up? I still haven't gotten very good with that.
I agree some radiosity coloring could be nice, the hair specular could use finer strokes maybe. The net could be curved by gravity as a whole towards the middle, but no one's looking that far anway. It's all good either way.
