FULL VIEW PLEASE.I drew this waaaaay back, near the end of grade nine. And am finally submitting it two grades later. Funny how much procrastination affects things such as this, huh? This is still unfinished, sadly, as I never could bring myself to color the stump that he's perched on - probably could go back and do that now but of course I won't.
This picture was almost too big to scan. How big? Well... I had to scan it in three separate pieces, then blend them together. So it's pretty darn big... just feel lucky that I downsized it for your viewing pleasure :3.
Used color pencils for the dragon, pastels for the lousy b/g. Enjoy.

This is gorgeous! I for some reason cannot draw dragons, I never seem to get the anatomy right. u__u; But you have done it perfect!
The colouring is nicely soft, and you have done the shadowing well. Overall, a very nice piece ^__^
