Hello once again, my dudes. I'm back! I was actually waiting until I complete my current commission project so I can post it together with the process GIF sample here, but after being away for so long, my Sis' SketchyRae insisted that I upload a montage of my latest collaboration with her to establish my presence and return. ^^ I'll be completing a new commissioned illustration, so stay tuned!

:Y My 10 months of art hiatus started when Rae's computer broke and my PC was used as a surrogate for her hard drive. She needed to catch up on her orders and she was the only one who could gather enough support whenever we've got emergencies. When February came, there was still a lot to do; There were still some orders from last year at the time, and we had to begin work on our collaborated portrait commissions.. on the same PC! :U

We got her PC fixed by the end of March, but I still had to spend the rest of April coloring February's remainder portraits and begin coloring May's portraits.. :s Sharing the same PC took a huge toll on our schedules, but we were essentially living dollar by dollar at the time so we couldn't afford the repair as soon as we wanted to. The first half of the year was certainly tough for us since we had to constantly balance between getting projects done and earning by gathering more orders (not to mention my duck farm that I had to raise/sell plus the unpredictable blackouts and weather that costed me 2/3rd of my art time,) but we're finally on our way to recovery! Hopefully this time our PC's won't break in the next couple of years!

^^ I want to continue creating more quality drawings and paintings for my Patreon in hopes of relieving some pressure through a passive income (while also gaining more time and creative freedom for ourselves!) Being able to draw anything we want at our own pace without constantly worrying about money running out would mean the world to us..

Tools: Wacom Intuos CTH-680 drawing tablet, Photoshop CS6 Portable, and an old Dell Vostro 200 attached to a SHARP Television screen!
