Description
This photograph was taken with a digital camera in Tokyo, August 2004. A little photo-minipulation in the form of a pastel plugin was used to soften the look of the photo. [link] is my original.This is my first deviantart submission.
I was very happy and suprised in how this turned out. I had snapped the photo very quickly and the sun was in my eye.

if you were to think of it, this is considered retouching not maniping, manipping is a drastic change while retouching is fixing up or editing small bits of th eimage while keeping th eoriginal feel, but lemme check ou tthe um retouched one, it caugh tmy eye alot more
