Description
Like a mason, I build wallsSeemingly high and sturdy,
But the foundations are weak
Built upon the core of myself.
And when the tremors come,
Everything falls apart,
Laid bear to the elements.
No peace may I find
Always at the mercy
Of all that I cannot control.
I wish I had the courage
To venture outside the
Ruins of my walls
And just live,
Instead of toiling
To build them up again.

You really write some nice poems, maybe not technically they're good but concerning the feelings conveyed in them . I really appreciate them .
The comparison here is good, I hope the Mason will one day find a solid foundation to build a nice house
