Yo this nearly killed me XD
This is part of a scene in Chapter 18 of my fic A Matter of Time.
Tigatron goes on an uncharacteristic vengeance quest after learning (though he doesn’t say so directly) that Serpentia was responsible for Jaggid’s death. Revenge blinded him, both figuratively and literally: as he struck the killing blow, Serpentia shoots venom into his optics, leaving him blind. With the horrific realisation of what he had done, Tigatron left the Maximals and wasn’t seen or heard from again for decades.
So yeah, heavy stuff. And I know it’s out of character for Tigatron to do this, but that’s kind of the point of my fic. I enjoy playing with what-ifs and such.
I had a blast with the shading on this one; this is the most detailed piece I’ve done in a while. I’m not that happy with the background, but those have never been my forte.
