This shot involves a backstory of a dystopian future, aliens, thousands-year old secret societies, and a plot to destroy the earth. After defeating some enemies with the aid of surprise and darkness, a lead character steps into the light and offers freedom to their victim.

It is an involved plot that developed as the character took shape. She's been my welcome screen off and on since 2014 and one day I'd like to be able to present the full story.
