Pure photoshop madness. A few textures for grittyness. This one took quite a while, since I couldn't get it exactly as I wanted it to be. It closely resembles some of my earlier works, but has a new colortone.The motive would be some sort of mix between a W40K Space Marine, and Darth Vader.
