I'm having a problem with this. I'm trying to use it for a contest but I am unable to color on it (it comes out a different color), I can't copy it using the select tool cause it says the space is empty, I can't add a new layer, etc. So I tried to do my stamp on a separate base and then paste it onto this one but that wouldn't work either.
I saved it as it was (a gif) and I'm using Photoshop, do you have any suggestions?

You'll probably need to set the color mode to RGB rather than Index. I know that can sometimes be the culprit. If that doesn't work out, let me know and I'll create a PSD file and upload it here so that everyone can use that instead, if they desire.
