Franklin in this TL is Tennessee, minus the flat Western region which is part of the Francophone state of Kasqui. For the flag I kt the already well designed flag of Tennessee, plus a bar at the hoist to make it symmetrical because that asymmetry always annoyed me and this is my TL.
