A conceptual design for a young male high/light/white elf commoner. In my mind/world, elves(or at least the pure blooded ones) lack the reddish/brownish tinge in their skin pigment, so their skin is more monochromatic, coming in shades of white. grey, and black. This lad here could be seen as a rather tanned version of a light-skinned elf.
