Akane Hamaji was used to be one of Bakugou and Deku's Middle School Classmates and also a childhood friend of Midoriya, Bakugou, Umon, Shimidah, Kayama, Tesaki, Tsubasa, Tameda, Koshiba, Chihako, Shiori and Torimodashi. When she developed her own Quirk, Hamaji cried because she was scared of her claws. She also made it to U.A along with Midoriya, Katagurushi, Kisumo, Ryūzaki and even Umon.
