The Cider House's Leader. Since he was a kid, Toshiko Sugaya had a horrible childhood. He once wanted to be a Heroe and he always admired the Water Hose. His mother didn't allowed him to become a Heroe while he was being abused by his own mother. Days later, he ran away from his house and then he was lonely. Someday, he decided to become a Villain because of the big hatred he has on his mother or even on his past. He started to robber stuff and he has his own teamates.
