YONG-GA SA-RHEE, DISTRICT CHEF OF LITTLE ASIA
A foul-mouthed punk who grew bitter against the Japanese, Yong-ga was orphaned in Okinawa before coming to Tokyo with his adopted uncle. Proudly Korean, with a burning fury that grows each day, it's not until he met Kiryu that he found someone to quell his temper, and show him that perhaps, a better world is possible.

After a couple of drab pictures (unrelated to this series) I wanted to draw something super colorful. I find the neon signs on street level shops to be very appealing, if perhaps a bit too cyberpunk-ish.
