It's been 4 years and I finally remembered I actually had a Deviantart account. (-_-)My art skills, though not THAT great, have still improved over the years, so I wiped out my old stuff and have started placing updated works on this account.
Sorry to the people that actually left comments during that time, I literally only used Deviant art for a month back then.
This is a just fan-art for Pokemon, done in an anime style, with Misty having a more developed body, to create abit of humour in the piece.
This is just fan-art, I don't lay claim to Pokemon or any of it's characters. (Just in case)

Considering Ash's reaction to seeing her in beach-wear when they were younger, I wouldn't at all be surprised if his reaction to seeing her in a bikini after becoming older, and gaining a more "developed" body was along these lines.

They meant to be Aqua-marine (which is light-blue-ish-green which I find very pretty :3) but at this point I didn't really care and was more towards blue than green.
Besides you can find a ton of screen shots showing her eyes being all shades of blue and green, also every now and then they decide to give her pupils as well XD
