Description The Tudor Mansion

Have you seen the video for this large mansion yet, if not, what are you waiting for!?

Staircase in an abandoned mansion!

This absolutely huge three-storey Tudor style mansion was custom built in 1983 and is over 10,000 Sq. Ft.  It has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (which of course I had to count during the video lol) and three separate kitchens.  It has a Nanny's Quarters that is the size of a large Toronto apartment, this also explains one of the extra kitchens in the home. The home also features a grand winding staircase that greets you as you walk in the front door, with a completely finished basement and a surprisingly small garage.

The home Sits on 5 acres of rolling hills surrounded by large mature trees with wildlife that comes right up to the home.  The property also has an inground pool including waterfall and a small pond a short walk away.

The house last sold several years ago and has since appreciated greatly in value and I would imagine it is now worth $6.5 million!

The property is owned by a development company and currently the proposal calls for many new single detached dwellings to be built on the property, likely starting at well over $2 million dollars each!

There was a surprisingly large amount of items left behind in the house, including furniture, kids toys, artwork, a big screen TV and even food.  The garage and basement were full of items, almost as if the previous owners had given up trying to take it all with them.

With all of the fancy decor and the items left behind, this mansion was an absolute joy to explore!

Enjoy the tour!!
