Description The system of societal organization that exists in the cities that conform the federation of Pact of Uchnastka is known as the Inspirational System. It traces its roots from when the Commonwealth of the Nacreosova collapsed under the constant attacks by forest nomads and raiders.

After the fall the remaining people decided to organize a system of aptitude evaluations that would identify the most promising leaders, and the whole community would follow them. This effective eladership based on merit and not lineage would be able to defend their cities. Since then, every young Uchnastkan is tested and placed into two categories:

The top of the society, less than 1%, is classified as 'Arch-optimals', or in everyday language 'Architects'. These are the individuals who scored highest on the skills and aptitude evaluations, and they are burdened with leading the cities. There are not ranks between them, and all of them are responsible for everyone. They are charismatic and extremely intelligent, and they know their will is law (there are few written rules), but due to the severe requisites of the tests, the system selects a great number of the Architects to lack empathy, developing megalomaniac opressive disorders.

Most of the outsiders see the Architects as eccentric masterminds, and this is indeed true. Each city is their own independent fief, and while most of these leaders are tyrannical working their underling to exhaustion under pervasive surveillance, a few are forward-thinking humanitarians and their cities seem paradisiacal...until they retire and a new Architect takes control.

The vast majority of the population are classified as 'Infraordinates'. All of them belong to workgroups, and they are ranked given their abilities to society. Al lof them work for the city, following the dictates of the Architects. It is important to remember that a child of an Architect or Infraordinate does not inherit their parent's position by default: in fact rising children is communal and the bloodline attachment is not seen as essential.

The Unregistered are those who are not actually affiliated to any of the workteams, but they live under a fake identity. These people are able to move freely between communities with extreme caution. Estimates are 3-5%.

Rigid societal control keep the system functioning. The system deems any non-compliant as 'subversive'.
