Pact of Uchnastka is a conglomerate of city-states and small fiefdoms decided to unite after constant ransacking and plunder incursions by the peoples from the inland forests. These coastal cities are home of some of the best scientists of Southern Airore, but they are also famous for not sharing their knowledge with strangers. Rumors say that the Technocrats who rule the country have secretly traded with the nations from Beyond the Veil in exchange for technological marvels.Population 3.7 million
