Nice colour on her clothing, the shading used on her jacket and jeans really show off the shininess of the material with the illusion of shaded-texture. The hair detail is especially good use of shading, with all the individual hairs visible, even on her eye-brows and lashes.
I feel that the placement of her right eye seems a bit far away, probably to avoid it being obscured by the bridge of her nose. But maybe it's just me. In any case, you did a good job on this piece, well done.
