Its Leo, the leader of the turtles and the third in my little series.

This is where I complain about the premise of the new movie. I thought Leo was doing a fine job as a leader. Why send him away for a year? And what kind of teambuilding tactic is that anyway? Splitting them up for a year so that everyone is out of practice when Leo comes back? I know it was some genius Splinter-strategy and the rat is flawless in all things, but it still bothers me.

Leo was always nice though. I'll take him or leave him. I love that he's still a teen. There is often a tendency is to turn him into the adult in a rabble of kids, but in the movies he still reads comic books and geeks out over pizza. I wish we could focus more on that part of his character, but I guess when you've only got 100 minutes or so...
