Hokuto felt this dream of his comatose state was better than his real life, so he was careless about his wife and children... He remembered about his wife and children, but he didn't believe that he was already married cause there was no wedding ring on his finger. He thought his marriage was just a dream. So, he really enjoyed his another life inside his realm of dream.

Last night Hokuto and Meimu discused their lists to do of their vaccation while Meimu was rubbing a male black cat on his lap. Meimu and his little brother planned to go to beach when the morning came, so Meimu told his little brother to sleep ahead. Meimu fed the male black cat on the lawn, and he tried to prepare scuba gears, towels, and all the stuffs that they needed for their tomorrow's plan. Hokuto prepared futon beds for them to sleep, and then he asked his older brother to bring his oxygen tank from the Jeep's trunk. Meimu brought the oxygen tank next to the futon, and then Hokuto reached his backpack and took an oxygen mask inside its case from the bag; he tried to set the flowmeter of the oxygen tank and he opened the case of his oxygen mask. He took his oxygen mask and attached the tube of the oxygen mask to the flowmeter. Later, Hokuto took off his kimono and wore his pajama. Hokuto took his portable pulse oxymetry from the backpack and wore it on his index finger, then he wore his oxygen mask. Hokuto was taking a deep breath for oxygen through the oxygen mask while his eyes read the pulse oxymetry's screen... And then, he fixed his pillow position and laid his body down on the futon. Hokuto covered his body with duvet and closed his eyes to sleep. Few minutes later, Meimu came into washitsu or the place where Hokuto was sleeping. Meimu laid down on his futon and closed his eyes.

When the morning came, Meimu went to the kitchen and prepared the breakfast... He was cooking while Hokuto was still sleeping. Later, Meimu prepared the breakfast on the table... The breakfast that Meimu cooked were steamed rice with natto, miso soup, baked fishes, pickled vegetables or tsukemono, nori, and kobachi (vegetable side dishes).
Meimu woke his little brother from his sleep, he caressed Hokuto's head and told him to wake up. Hokuto was a bit lazy, he heard what his older brother said... But he still closed his eyes. Then, Meimu told him that the breakfast was ready... Soon, Hokuto opened his eyes because he excited to eat the meals that his older brother cooked. Hokuto yawned through his oxygen mask, and he tried to sit from his supine position... Hokuto sat on the futon and closed his eyes again. Meimu didn't stand to watch his little brother's laziness... so he spoke to Hokuto, "No breakfast for lazy fat ass! I'm gonna wipe it all!"
Hokuto opened his eyes and exclaimed, "AH NO! Ok, I'll get up and store the futon in the closet."
Meimu smiled and took Hokuto's hand to read the pulse oxymetry that wrapped Hokuto's index finger. Meimu spoke, "The blood oxygen saturation level is 91%... Good!" and then he helped his little brother to roll the futon and stored it in a large closet. Hokuto removed his pulse oxymetry and oxygen mask, he was shutting off the flowmeter of his oxygen tank... Then, he removed the tube of the oxygen mask from the flowmeter. Hokuto cleaned his oxygen mask and put it inside its case, then he put the oxygen tank on the corner of the room to avoid direct sunlight. Later, Meimu and Hokuto ate their breakfast. And after they finished their breakfast, Meimu told Hokuto to take a bath while he was cleaning the house. Hokuto went to ofuro or small bathroom while Meimu washing the dishes. When Hokuto finished his bath, Meimu entered the bathroom and started to clean himself. Hokuto started to select few clothes to wear, he wore his boxers and undershirt before he put on his yellow t-shirt and blue jeans. Meimu went out from the ofuro and he saw his little brother sat on tatami while he was eating chocolate, he thought Hokuto was a sweetooth ussuri based on his lazy behaviour. Meimu opened his suitcase and took his boxers, black undershirt, and jeans... He chose to wear his black undershirt as outergarment paired with tattered and torn jeans.

Meimu warmed up the engine of his Jeep Wrangler for few minutes, he told Hokuto to bring his first-aid kit and his oxygen cylinder. Hokuto already packed all his portable medical devices inside his backpack, so he carried his backpack and closed the door of the house... Hokuto walked to the lawn and he opened the Jeep Wrangler's trunk, he removed his backpack and put it on the trunk. Then, Hokuto came in to the Jeep and took a seat... Meimu told Hokuto to close the Wrangler's door and fastened his seatbelt. Meimu locked the trunk's door and he took his seat, he wore his seatbelt and then he closed the Wrangler's door. Meimu asked his little brother to relax because he would drive to the beach with maximum speed to get there faster... However, Hokuto didn't like the way his older brother drove the Jeep. Meimu's fast-driving style made Hokuto feel uncomfort, but he had no choice cause this Jeep Wrangler was his older brother's toy.

After they arrived to the beach, they selected few boats to rent. And when they got the boat that they desired, they loaded their scuba tanks and all the things that they needed to the boat. Later, Meimu controlled the boat and they tried to find a spot to dive... Hokuto enjoyed the beautiful panorama, and he told his older brother to stop the boat cause he wanted to dive here. Meimu agreed to dive here, so he stopped the boat and dropped the anchor. Meimu and Hokuto removed their clothes and they only wore their boxers, then Meimu applied waterproof sunscreen lotion on his little brother's whole body skin while his little brother was applying face sunscreen on his face... Later, he applied the face sunscreen and waterproof sunscreen on his own face and body. After that, they wore their wetsuits and scuba gears. Meimu attached a back-up scuba tank to his waist for Hokuto, Meimu would give the back-up scuba tank to Hokuto if Hokuto had an accident of "run out of air'. Hokuto couldn't control his breath to save the air from his scuba tank... He tended to spend the air from his scuba tank rapidly because his breathing problem, so the back-up scuba tank was important. Before the dive, they did a buddy check and Meimu gave Hokuto advise while Hokuto was fixing the scuba regulator on his mouth... Meimu spoke to Hokuto again after he gave him advice, "Don't try to dive further from me, so I can watch you and protect you from unwanted things... and if you feel something wrong or run out of air, let me know... It's for your safety, so I can give you maximum protection... Understand?!"
