Hokuto inside his realm of dream after he found his deceased older brother or Meimu at the Airbase, he collapsed because his heart failure and asthma issue... The medical team sent him to nearest Military Hospital by an ambulance. All the way to the hospital Meimu accompanied him and when the ambulance arrived at the Military Hospital, the medical staff and nurses brought him to the Emergency Room... The doctor and nurses gave him treatment while Meimu waited outside the Emergency Room.

Later, the nurses carried him on hospital bed to Intensive Care Unit of the Military Hospital. Then, the doctor told Meimu about Hokuto's health condition that got worst because his tiredness. Meimu thought that his little brother's condition in real life outside this realm of dream was in a serious critical health problem... He didn't know what was happening inside his little brother's real life. Meimu was wishing that God would help his little brother and said his prayer as a soul that lost its body. He didn't know his prayer would be hear by God or not because he was already dead many years ago, but he was hoping that God would give his little brother a miracle. In real life Hokuto was dying, his deep sleep of comatose state couldn't be helped because some of his organs started to fail to function after the septic shock affected his condition and only the Life Support Machines that kept him alive... The doctors and medical staffs didn't know what to decide since his wife and Teppei still in a coma although his very young son didn't get serious injury and in a stable condition, but his newborn premature baby was very ill due to serious injury sustained by his wife. If Teppei or Karen woke up from the coma, the doctors and medical staffs would give them options to keep him alive or to let him die because Hokuto was dying and only the Life Support Machines that kept his soul and body were hanging between the life and the death. However, his wife was very ill and in a same deep sleep of comatose state as him since doctors and surgeons performed emergency C-section to deliver her baby... His wife had serious injury and it could make her fetus die because her amniotic sac already broken, and her blood mixed with the amniotic fluid caused by a dagger pierced her belly in the battle. It could lead to deadly infection for her fetus, so the doctors and surgeons ferformed emergency C-section to save her baby and her life.

Few minutes later, Meimu came to the Intensive Care Uint room... He sat on a chair next to Hokuto's hospital bed. Hokuto opened his eyes and he saw his older brother sat on the chair, he couldn't say anything because of the endotracheal tube... so he started to cry to get his older brother's attention. Meimu saw Hokuto shed his tears, Meimu tried to calm him and caressed his head gently. However, Hokuto didn't stop to cry... So, Meimu got his ass off from the chair and sat on the hospital bed beside his little brother. Meimu gave Hokuto a hug, he whispered sofly to his ear and told him that he would be fine... Meimu caressed his little brother's head again. Hokuto felt comfy in his older brother's embrace, so he tried to manage himself to stop from the fear that he felt. Meimu kissed his little brother's forehead, and he told him to sleep as he pulled the blanket to cover his little brother's six pack abdomen.

So, Meimu got his ass off from the chair and sat on the hospital bed beside his little brother. Meimu gave Hokuto a hug, he whispered sofly to his ear and told him that he would be fine... Meimu caressed his little brother's head again. Hokuto felt comfy in his older brother's embrace, so he tried to manage himself to stop from the fear that he felt. Meimu kissed his little brother's forehead, and he told him to sleep as he pulled the blanket to cover his little brother's six pack abdomen.
