Name: Layla Truax

Occupation: Museum Tour Guide/Superheroine
Powers/Abilities: Elasticity, Invulnerability, Bullet Immunity, Shape-Shifting, Density Alteration, Hand-To-Hand Combat, Enhanced Eyesight
Weaknesses: Blunt Force, Freezing Temperatures
Bio: While giving a tour at the Citiesville Museum, Elastique and her henchmen tried to get their hands on some valuable items including a technological ray cannon that was on display. While attempting to steal it, Super Cat arrives on the scene to stop her, but uses the cannon to manipulate the molecules of Super Cat thereby turning him into stone. However after missing with the polarities, a stray beam hits Layla turning her into a rubbery puddle. Having been rescued by Super Cat, Layla put her new powers to action and attempted to search for her elastic enemy as Rubber Mongoose and become a Titan of Justice.
