Bio: Infamous, notorious and mysterious, the Phantom Prowler is one of the greatest criminal masterminds in the world as he was never caught and never identified in any of his schemes. Years prior, he stole the world's biggest diamond which made him a legendary thief as he started masterminding heists worldwide as evaded from every form of authority. In that time of stealing, he also resulted to terrorism by breaking into bases and laboratories thus stealing weapons of mass destruction in attempt to hold the world to ransom. During one of his terrorist plots involve launching a nuclear missile, government agents tracked him to a civilian base in Alaska where he vanished without a trace. Even though the missile crisis was averted, the Phantom Prowler remained wanted and did not made a comeback until 15 years later when he joined DOOMFORCE where he led gangs of street punks and Dog Troopers to terrorize Citiesville and steal from science companies. When Super Cat arrived to help the planet-wide populace, The Prowler was assigned to eliminate the new superhero by any means necessary if he and his dark masters were going to rule the world.
