Description
The nefarious Mad Dog has Super Cat under his control with hypnotherapy and now serves as his cohort. He has ordered the hypnotised hero to kidnap Catherine Snowbell and bring her to headquarters where the evil mastermind plans to exterminate her. With her gone, he would also command Super Cat to take on every member in the Titans of Justice and conquer every country around the planet using his superpowers as the key weapon on bringing everybody to their knees.
