This is a rare and hard-to-find pin that was made in the 1990s and an artist I have not heard of made the "Mickey thanks a..." series with civil servants paintings including a firefighter, various military officials and a police officer. My mom got this for me off of eBay and I will keep it since I support our firefighters who risk their lives to save others.
