Cough cough, Sinjoh Ruins - Sinnoh is on the opposite side of the continent from Johto. ;-;

Referring to another comment I made, including the Ranger-themed regions makes it hard to group everything so close together. In-game the Sinjoh Ruins are depicted to be directly NNE of the Lake of Rage; I tried to place it where I could to fit the dimensions of the map. As you can tell, it's quite an old map and needs to be revisited.

It's hard to factor in every region that is considered cannon, especially when we don't have an appropriate scale; we know canonically that Almia is actually directly below Sinnoh, and that therefore the other Ranger-themed regions would be close together, being that they share the same philosophy and government regarding Pokemon, so Johto is really placed as closely as I could fit on a map.

I'm kinda curious about the black dashed line; does it represent the equator of the Poke-World? Otherwise, I'm really liking what I'm seeing with your map here. Detailed enough without being overwhelming really. This is just for the games for the most part, right? It doesn't really take into account the anime?
For future updates I would like to suggest a couple of things on the placement of a couple of regions.
I would recommend moving the location of the Sinnoh Region to just about North of the Kanto-Johto Areas. The main reason I recommend this is based on in-game commentary about Sinnoh is a Northern Region. Also based on the Official Map given, it is split into two halves by a large mountain range that looks like it would connect rather well with the Mountain Range that helps separate Kanto & Johto. It just seems to me that it fits better there.
As for the Orange Islands I would recommend moving them a little further south to where they are a tad bit north of the equator area. From what I remember of the Orange Islands they were all pretty tropical and fairly consistent with their weather, but when they had storms, they were strong and pretty bad. Everything, from what I've read anyway, that comes from being around the equator & ocean. They can get fairly consist weather, but their storms can also be devastating.
Everything else looks great, as I said earlier. You, of course, don't have to follow my suggestions. As they are just that, suggestions. Either way, great work!

Hmm......impressive enough, but it's clear that you have your work cut out for you in the next update. Kalos, movie locations, the Decolore Islands (a total of 16 and a half islands, if I'm not mistaken), and possibly a PokePark or two. Best of luck to you.

Work is what I like to have; the more canon features I can include in the map, the less time I have to spend creating unique features to fill in the gaps.

What would I define as non-canon? Realistically anything that isn't on this map (not including Kalos in the next update), except for Burenn which is an original region I designed. The Mystery Dungeon games all take place in a world where there are no humans, except for the protagonist (formerly a human) who came from a world populated by humans where Pokemon couldn't talk (this world). So they exist in an alternate reality as opposed to being strictly "non-canon".
The Ransei region from Pokemon Conquest more speaks of a time prior to the industrialization of the Pokemon World, so it existed in the past and is perhaps still around in a different form - things to look at for the next update.

The continents were only given those names by me as a way of identifying them; there's no canon relation between the Delta Continent and a region infused with Delta energy. Game Freaked stated in a press release that Holon was north of Kanto, which aligns with the backstory of scientists pursuing Mew through it's southern mountains, which would be Kanto's northern mountains.
