I made a character out of a request for somebody. This is one was done in an old school form, based off the video game "Dragonball Z:legendary super warriors." the only thing is that I somewhat based him off my old character Ballad, while also basing a lot of his design off the Fire Emblem character, Ike. (Hint hint, why his name is Ivan) He also has the Ragnell just like Ike. I hope you like it.
