Hi/ Good morning,

My plans to future
If my business were successful with your help, I would create a website that would greatly help artists who want to showcase their hard work. Artists would not pay any fees even if they sold their art, they would have a small section under each product where it would be highlighted who painted the design and a link to his profile with various skills and portfolios and a lot more. If the artist were to create his manga/comic could ask the community for free translation (users would not have direct access to the image, they would only translate the text, meaning that the user can see the manga when he translates it but does not download the image and does not delete and put the text there again in some program, it will only translate the text on the website and the website will do the rest.

Offer
You will draw your art and I will put it on T-shirts, and I will sell it with your consent. 50% of my income from the t-shirt or any product the customer buys will go to you. You do not have to pay any fees. You will only receive the profit from the t-shirts (or any other products) with your art.

Why need you?
1. I don't want use AI for that.
2. I don't have much money for hire real artists.

How will it work?
1. You send me your art with your signature (the company does not have a system for other users to upload art.) and I will arrange/choose the products on which it will be printed and when it is finished the products with your art will be displayed on my website.

2. The customer then buys a certain product, and the company manufactures the product and sends it to the final customer, and you then get paid, initially, you will receive it immediately after the customer buys (can take some time to transfer between banks) and then when there are several orders at once, up to monthly (because I would didn't have time to send)

Requirements
1. You can't be a complete novice, I need the design to look a certain way and the customer said I want it, I like it.
2. Each of your art must include a handwritten signature.
3. You must draw on a graphics tablet not on paper.
4. Your art must meet the criteria to be printed on the product. To accept the offer, I will send them to you.
5. Your art must not be fan art or a template from a movie/series due to copyright.

What you can
1. Sell your art on other platforms as well.
2. You can leave anytime.
3. You can help how the future website will look like

Question: Can I get a sample with my design?

Answer: Sure

Question: So, if you don't have the money to hire a real artist, how can you afford to make your t-shirts?
Answer: I work with a company that makes t-shirts and other products for me and then sends them, I also don't make the goods in advance, only when the customer buys some goods.

Question: Why don't you learn to draw?
Answer: I tried it, but it looked terrible, and I'm the type of person who has to make really good art to sell it, and that would take a really long time if I learned to draw, it would be great, but I'd still hire a real artist, so I would stop drawing anyway.

Question: You write here that we shouldn't use AI, but you use it yourself
Answer: That's true, but if there are people who would accept my offer then there will be no AI, I use the AI only for the start until I receive some income so I can afford to hire real artists.
