What a beautiful painting, and what a great concept! I love how you used the surface of the mirror itself in the piece.

Amazing! Does the paint attach itself to the mirror, or did you have to coat it?

Nice painting!
I really like how you left the mirror for tears. ; w;

Truly interesting painting. I love that you did it on a mirror. I also have painted on mirrors, although with acrylics not oils. I love the smudges on the river of tears, very effective, and the darkened scales on the outside of her lower body.

That's a great idea to use a mirror. Especially one with such a gorgeous frame. I love that you still can see the mirror part. And that cute creature is just awesome

Do you have a frame like this that you would sell? I'm looking for something like this to match one that I already have.

I would totally love to buy it, but by the looks of it, it's totally out of my price range. I'm totally in love with it though! I love her back legs, her tail, her "fur that looks like feathers" or vice versa. Wonderful wonderful painting my dear!!

Please post up more of these! This is beautiful - i love the way you've used the mirror as a surface and the colours you used. Great work!
