So I think this officially punts me over the edge and into raging Avatardom. But seriously, I am utterly and completely addicted. My roomie and I were talking about how this rag-tag collection of teenaged exiles, runaways, and political enemies-of-the-state could end up ruling the world (if they live that long).So This is sort of a "10 years later, having their portrait done for political reasons" type thing. I guess. *Shrugs* Or whatever.
BTW, I've always liked Zuko cause he = lmfao. But lately Zuko = somebody needs to b*tch slap that boy. like, woah.

I really love how you did Toph in this one! She just strikes me so well...and I'm not even a huge Toph fan! (Being a girl I'm mindlessly devoted to Prince Zuko, of course). And Aang's expression is priceless

I usually don't like female characters but I'm absolutely head over heels for Toph. She's pretty much my definition of bad-assery right now.

This is excellent. When you think alot about it, it is kinda mind Boggling. Hopefully they will all be alive in 10 years to get this picture taken. Love Sokka's face though. For some reason, he seems to be the only one not in formal wear. But I love how you got everyone's expressions just right. Though I'm wondering why he has such shifty eyes towards Zuko. Is there somehting between Zuko and Katara here which makes Sokka unsettled or anything?

Sokka is so made of awesome that I don't think my pencil could handle depicting the awesomeness that would be Sokka in formal wear. it would have fallen to pieces!

I love these people so much it's verging on rediculous. A lot of the relationship dynamics have changed in the show since I drew this *shakes fist*, but I still hope that I captured their essential characters. Right now I sort of love the buddy Zuko -Aang thing that's going on. But Katara needs to put the bitch away, srsly.

Oh no. I complete agree. If she's not careful, one day, she'll go too far with her comments. And I loved the zuko/Aang buddy thing as well. They really do make good friends. And maybe someday, there will be a pencil that can stand up to sokka's awesomeness and capture him the way he should be, without falling apart. And yes, I am being serious. Sokka rocks.

Thank you! I have such a hard time with Toph because she's such an awesome character. And I feel like she would only increase in awesomeness as time went on. And even if Katara is a little bit of a b*tch sometimes, she's still freakin' amazing... Oh Avatar, why do you have to be so wonderful and take my life away from me like this?
