Thank you, Brantley! Fractals are mathematic images, created with fractal programs. Examples are programs like Mandelbulb 3D or Apophysis. You can download them for free from the internet.

Lol awesome. Yeah the first thing that came to mind when I saw this was "it looks like one of the loops from the Green Hill Zone!" But then when I looked closer I saw it was just made of fractals, so it didn't fit as well. But I still had to say it!
