Description It is a long story how long I have benn fighting to finish this painting. Telling the truth I dropped it half way through but my husband forced me to finish it I think I failed building nice composition here it was a spontaneous work I did without much planning , I couldn't imagene the forest would appear there when I started to paint Making a long story short, I won't stand critique on this piece Believe or not I hope you will like this painting how I like it partially lol
Medium: watercolor and few white gouache on Lana hot-pressed paper , size approximately A4.
Reference stolen (thank you to my new sister-in-aw for a lovely photograph, really love how her dress flows

Hey, I totally understand being frustrated with a drawing, but I still think it looks incredible!! The trees in the background are totally stunning, I love that effect.

I started that Elvish Transformation I asked you about around Christmas time. I will continue working on it next week. I got sidetracked when I drew a fairy to add to the drawing of you lounging with your sword... So now I am doing a seperate piece of the fairy in SAI, and since I'm still learning digital art, it takes some time. I will let you know when your painting is done. I think I am going to attempt to do it in your style...We'll see how it goes.

Danke, Ana, du kannst super mit stiften umgehen ich habe vor kurzem Dervent stiften und pastel stiften gekauft (und alles was man noch zum zeichnen / verwieschen braucht ) aber ich weiss nich wo ich anfangen soll +Bristol karton is so glatt..

Leider gibt es Derwent stifte hier nicht. Wir haben nur caran d'ache und faber castell.
Ich habe aber ein weissen pastel stift, die ich manchmal benutze, ansonsten weiss ich nicht wie man mit pastel umgehen soll. Aber eins weiss ich, man kann pastel mit buntstifte nicht vermischen.
Bristol karton? Nie probiert, ich benutze dickes kopie papier. ^^ (peinlich peinlich XD)
Ich weiss auch nicht, aber bitte wenn du eine frage hast, frag mich.

ich habe mir Derwent hier bestellt www.kreativ.de
es ist in die beschreibung gestanden dass sie fΓΌr Mischtechniken geeignet
[link] villeich es ist nur Werbung Bristolkarton ( auch bei kereativ.de) haben mir alle meine freunde die zeichenen kann empfohlen aber auf normele skitzenpapier habe ich auch bessere Resultate..

Oh es gibt ein schweizer seite mit derwent stifte...o.0 oh jetzt weiss was ich mir wΓΌnschen kann.
(hmm mit ΓΌber 300 stifte weiss nicht ob es ein gute idee ist)

Also jetzt wo ich mixed media arbeite, kann ich dir sagen. Wenn du die ΓΌberflΓ€che zu erst mit wasserfarben, acrylic (was auch immer) malst und dann mit pastel die schattierungen machst, funktionert es super, auch mit buntstifte. (so mach ich es, es spart dir ne menge zeit, ich glaube du machst das schon)
oh und das ich gesagt habe das pastel nicht mit stiften mischen kannst, es stimmt nicht wirklich. Also die weisse faber castell pastel die ich benutze kann man wirklich nicht vermischen. Aber ich habe 4 derwent pastel stifte und die gehen schon. (benutze sie einfach nie, die wurden mir extra geschickt worden)

Yay fΓΌr skizzenpapier und kopiepapier!
