I think the meaning of the title is clear. "You're not one of us..." means that she's suffering just because she's different. That's what I hate about our society: being different = being weird, strange... Why should we suffer just because we're not like the other people?
The blond one symbolise false innocence (but you see her clothes are a bit transparent? that means she's also transparent if you know what I want to say ) and the redhead symbolise toadying (see the hand on the blond one's shoulder?). Well, I guess that's all

Your picture does a very good job of symbolizing those things. Our world is so... stupid. I blame it mostly on media. Media tells people how they "can" and "can't" act or look or eat or say to be "normal" or "better" then other people. Maybe media is stranger and stupider then our society....
