Description
This is a sprite of Ranma from the manga & anime Ranma 1/2.I noticed that in the show they never actualy show Ranma when he changes into a girl.
So I decided to make a animated sprite of it as it happend.
I think I did this in a pretty tasteful way.

If it's taken into Adobe Image ready and cropped it would fit an icon.

the hair change is pretty good. and that's one of three things that draw my eye. if you don't get the joke, your probably too young.

Not that's not flash.
I made that with MSpaint, and an animation program called majic (I think that was the name).
I stared off with the first sprite, then I'd save it.
Then I'd edit a copy of the 1st sprite slightly until I could move on to the next.
After I got all the frames done I would import them into the program and pick the frame rate.
I'm sure I could do that much easier now with all the groovy programs I have in my use.
Since you are a female I might make you one. What would you like me to make?

hey you said in the anime they never show ranma change into ranma-chan well you're wrong there have been times even though they're rare that ranma has changed into ranma-chan and they showed it like the tendo family christmas party ranma didn't want to sing on stage with the rest of the girls so what did nabiki do she took a cup of water and poured it on his head and in the next close-up shot ranma did in fact become ranma -chan right in front of everybody i'e the rest of the girls so you have to look for it in the episode because it happens really fast btw i love your ranma sprite your friend thor

Wow I had no idea.
I had only seen the 2nd VHS vol so I only got to see 2 episodes and some movies.
I recently dished out a load of money got every episode. So I will be looking for that. Thank you

hey no prob and wait till you see the look on ranma's face when he changes into ranma-chan in front of the girls he's like oh shit so like i said if you want to see that episode get the oav boxset because it has all 12 episodes of the oav on two disc's and also included in in the oav boxset is a set of ranma 1/2 postcards that has the art work of the anime on it favorite ranma quote ukkyo when she gets mad ryoga or anybody else you jackass!

i know what you mean i like everbody in the show including kuno because he is just so clueless he can't figure out that ranma and ranma-chan are the same person i mean how stupid is that and i just love when he fights with ranma i mean kuno has no good attacks what so ever all ranma has to do when kuno comes at him with that sword is punch or kick kuno and the boy is out cold geez even akane can kick kuno's ass and she is nowhere near the fighter ranma is not by a long shot!

I see that you're a spriter ... then maybe check out my place where I have some sprites too (most of them are from Naruto series but there are a lots of avatars, etc. ).

I like Naruto too. I refuse to watch it on televison.
I'll only watch it on DVD uncut.

Well I made this a few years ago using MSpaint and a program called animagic (or Animajic) that I found on download dot com.
Yeah that was a fun animation. I liked adding the bouncing. I noticed they had that bounce working over time in that concubine Ranma 1/2 movie.
