I miss actually being scared by movies. Not just 'jumping' at a a scene with a spooky buildup and loud noise, but actually getting deeply frightened on a psychological level...

Same here... but, you have to make the best out of what you have. :/ That and the ever-impending threat of a zombie apocalypse and my reoccurring dreams of such are enough to keep me plenty paranoid. ^^'
The last movie that scared me to the core was Enchanted. D8 The scariest musical evar!

I had nightmares for a week after seeing that, me and my fiance were kinda dragged into it by our friends who have younger siblings that were taking them. Otherwise I would've never seen it. At the most theres probably only fifteen twenty minutes of the entire movie thats animated.

I don't mind 3D as a tool/medium, however, I do get so sick of alot of the stuff that's released, that has no substance, except that it's 3D.
