One of the many fairytale-themed paintings that debuted at my Fairytale Fabulous solo show at Downtown Disney's Pop Gallery, "The Princess and the Pea." "The Princess and the Pea" is one of Hans Christian Andersen's most beloved fairytales. My version shows the petite princess hugging her teddy bear in her pajamas, atop a very fancy bed indeed. Brightly embroidered mattresses are piled up for her comfort, but if you look carefully you will see the pea that is causing her displeasure... The original acrylic painting SOLD at the show, but Limited Edition Canvases can be found at Pop Gallery at Downtown Disney at the Walt Disney World Resort.
