Looks like a gargoyle but there are so many monsters that look similar

I can't remember its name but I know that the two headed guy with the axe is a guardian demon
and looks like we have a drow wizard of some kind and a bunch of undead (ghouls maybe.)

Man, i'm in love with the battle axe the demon-werewolf is holding. The fire the dude is conjuring looking awesomely magical. Nice touch with the gems in the battle-dwarf's beard,

Wow, world of warcraft, mayhaps? You're totally missing the gnome and troll, but I see the Night elf rogue, the human mage, the human warrior, the dwarf paladin, The human rogue (With firey enchant to his sword. 
I can't tell what the Mage is on the top right corner, though ;_; Night elf body structure, but bear+short ears, plus the fact that it's a mage knocks out the thought of Night elf.

What would be pretty amusing is if this wasnt World of Warcraft at all.

This is superb. Everyone is really into the fighting, there aren't any people who look like bystanders. It could very much be a scene from the Silmarillion's Nirnaeth Arnoediad.

a slight comment if i may... it's a little hard to figure out who's battling who, though. some of the characters appears to be posing more than actually fighting.
but given the overall composition, it doesn't really matter as a whole. great art!
