Allot of artists have drawn fish people, this is one of the more unique one's that I've seen, I just love those feet and I don't know why.

I think it's beautiful. The ice in the background does look a little digital, but I don't mind the fish. I love this creature, he vaguely reminds me of a monster in The Abarat. It's greatly streamlined figure makes it look like a dancer, but not in a corny way. Super shading.
