Wow. I usually associate skulls and such with dark colours, but I love how you do the opposite and clad it in icy armor, and call it a "bishop." Something unclichΓ©.

His brightness makes it a bit difficult to make out his features, but I like his weapon.

Amazing! I love the design on the bracers and how the cape filters into mist. As such, I also like the 'raindrops on the lense' thing you have in it. Or they could be bubbles. Who knows? (Well, you, probably, but shh.) And I'd hate to be hit in the head with that staff. Looks cold and hard indeed.
