I love the extreme detail in this, especially the little splashes of the sea throughout the piece.
All the different colors work very well--the sky is great.
The faded haziness of the dragon's mane(?) is a really cool effect.

Brings to mind Jormangund, the sea serpent of Norse mythology. Very wrathfull indeed! I like the long, toothy snout and flaring head... frill... things.
