Back when they filmed the infamous dance scene for this movie, they were that the camera angle showed off Trash's "kitty" too much. To avoid a dreaded X rating, the make-up dept made a smooth cover-up for her with no detail. Today, I imagine the cover-up would have abundant hair to cover any detail. Go figure.
