Inktober is officially over, so I'm now doing new stuff again!

This was something I've been working on between Inktober pieces for the past couple of weeks, but it's has been through a lot of touch ups because I felt like I wasn't doing his face well enough, so it went through like seven edits, particularly around the mouth, but his eyes saw a lot of work too.
Did I mention how much I hate drawing chains? Sure, I used predetermined shapes to make them, but it's still quite meticulous to link them all up properly. Then there's shading them, then highlighting them; it can take almost as long as drawing the rest of the piece! Yeesh!
Anyway, I was considering adding Sharpedo which is a token Pokémon of the admins of Team Aqua, but ultimately decided against it. since the layout did not permit it.
