I take it you were thinking of Vader vs. an "Awakened" Muad'Dib? If so, Paul wins.
Darth Vader is a Sith Lord. His suit gives him heightened strength, which is further augmented by Jedi training and powers. He uses telekinesis on a finely controlled scale (his force choke is just an extension of this power), and can deflect energy blasts, and is highly skilled with a lightsaber. However, he very much lives in the now, and his powers save for sensing people are pretty much restricted to line-of-sight (seeing someone in a viewscreen counts as line of sight in this case)
Muad'Dib is a demi-god. He has prescient visions constantly telling him both the immediate and distant future. His Bene Gesserit training gives him enhanced speed and reflexes. In the 1984 David Lynch film (which we're going for judging by the picture) his training in the use of Weirding Modules allowed him to vocalize thought into form, allowing him to kill with a word. Once awakened, he no longer needed the module to do this. Plus he had an innate control over the weather and worms of Arrakis (which I am assuming we're on, as Muad'Dib cared little about the rest of the universe.)
Vader dies, either by Weirding Voice or in the belly of a sandworm.
"And how can this be? For he IS theΒ Kwisatz Haderach!"

Probably Vader, I assume his force powers could penetrate the personal shield & force choke.

Depends how a dune shield reacts to a lightsaber.
