It was another busy day on the Island of Sodor, when the phone rang, and the alarm sounded. "Stalled train on the station," the signalman shouted. "Metro, you must get over there and couple it up. Bring it out of the way so that Connor and Caitlin can go through!" "Yes, sir," Metro replied, and he rolled away. At Maron Station, Thomas was there, observing the damage on the train unit. "What's happened to it?" "A small flock of birds passed by," said the driver. "They caused more damage on the pantograph than the Fat Hatt bursting his safety valve with his weight!" "At least my driver is not fat as him, sir," Metro said as he arrived. The damage came from the midsection; their bumps caused the pantograph to bend, and then retract. The workmen had fixed it, but worse was yet to come. The pantograph is not raising. The lack of electricity caused it to stop, so Metro was ordered to couple up to it and give it extra electricity from his pantographs.Emergency at Maron: You are here.
