#609 Chandelure. Ghost/Fire type. Evolved form of Lampent. The final form of Litwick. It absorbs a spirit, which it then burns. By waving the flames on its arms, it puts its foes into a hypnotic trance.This is just the frame. hopefully the glass and fire will come later.
