I like how Yoshi looks in the style. So much more beastly, and the shell-saddle on the back is pretty cool-looking. I enjoy the big nostrils and those eyebrows for some odd reason.
Mario just looks bad-A. Big, muscular arms for punching blocks/turtles/whatever the hell those mushroom things are/Bowser's relatives/Bowser/Toad/ PUNCH EVERYBODY IN THE FACE/NARDS and steal their money, and drive off in their go-karts!!
I forgot what I was saying. Oh yeah. Hat and mustache are cool too.
Wonder if the boots are steel-toed?
And is that a backpack? Nifty. Perfect for hiding blue shells to throw at the nards. Maybe.
I'd love to see more Mario Characters in this style.

I love how you gave Yoshi a Koopa Shell. It's a nice reference to how Nintendo originally wanted Yoshi to be a type of Koopa.

Maybe yoshi isn't just a dinosaur.... maybe he is a type of koopa, and his shell is just too small, making it perfect for a saddle. He looks enough like a koopa to be related in some way :3
