It's Sam Manson from Danny Phantom wearing the Mask. This design was difficult to draw because it has a lot of details, but I like how it looks
Now she's a kind of gothic lolita with evil superpowers I think she looks cute, but a bit scary!

I also included another version without the green face I prefer the unmasked version, but it's the idea of the picture XD

Sam look awesome. The outfit looks great on her and I love how you gave her evil superpowers. I agree that I like the unmasked version a little more but both are fantastic. And I can easily see Sam wearing this outfit of her own choice too.

It's okay. To be honest all of the pictures I have saved on my computer are picture from different Deviant Artist's and I don't want to use someone else picture. I'm not worried about it.

Tha Mask is just an excuse for drawing characters with strange and parodical outfits
