This here is Music Blaster "AKA" The Dark DJ, DJ Catnip's 2nd Akumatized form from Gabby's Dollhouse
This Akumatization form is part of the episode: The Dance of Darkness
His looks are based on a death metal singer.
The reason he is akumatized is because he has been depressed over that no one came to his dance party and everyone was busy!
And then Hawk Moth sends his Akuma to the dollhouse to possess Catnip's turntable and DJ Catnip is controlled by it.
Hawk Moth promises to him that he will help him throw a big party to end all parties when he claims the Miraculouses and bring them to him...
And DJ Catnip becomes Music Blaster, a DJ supervillain who uses his speakers to send his enemies flying far away!
He's gonna cause trouble and rock your party!
His power in this form is a reference to one of the abilities that the robobot armor can yield!
