Description
Here is an alternative for the new Adobe CS3 icons. With this icon I wanted to keep the original look of the new CS3 icons but make them a little better and shinier.
Icons are for XP and Vista.
Information:
The set includes 32 icons for Vista and XP from 16x16 to 256x256. PNG images are 128x128, 256x256 and 512x512.

adobe has simply too many applications to keep with the old feather look and having differnt designs for every application, especially after the macromedia takeover. i think these icons were an obvious decision, makes recognising the program from the icon a lot easier.
as for your icon redesign i think they're great. though u have a lot of adobe applications missed off which i would like to have such as :
Aftereffects
Soundbooth
Premiere Pro

my first reaction to this was "kol, what were you thinking?", but then i got educated on CS3's default icons, and my God, has Adobe done a design screw-up..

the icons are awful, awful and awful...
but you did what was in your power to make them somewhat usable.. so, as always, great job.. though i still see myself using the CS2 icon-set in the future..
$1,500 for the whole suite and this is the best icons Adobe could give us? boooooo.

Nice job mate. It's funny, when I first downloaded CS3 I thought the new icon was just a placeholder. Then they released the full program and there it was. I like it, kind of anti-design in many ways.

Yeah, the prog icons are cool and all, but does CS3 come with folder icons? When I found out that some CS2 programs (and Premiere Pro) had them but others didn't, I was annoyed to no end.
